Hello I have been a customer of Xfinity for 6 months and I as of the last 48 hours have never received such [Edited: "Language"] poor customer service in my life. Between the representatives actually lying to me to get me off the phone. To the supervisors who not only do not listen but make absolutely no effort to resolve my issues regarding my account. They rude, poorly trained and do not represent your business well. After today’s experience I have already made the decision to cancel my service with Xfinity and [Edited: "Solicitation"]. It is acutely deplorable how my account has been handled and when I ask for clarity I get no answers and disregarded.
