I am sick and tired of having my services interrupted due to maintenance.  I had Comcast for over 23 years in another state and never had the issues I have had since moving to Sarasota FL.  On a regular basis my services go out for what is said to be maintenance.  When this happens it is for around 4-5 hours.  Most of the time it is at night but I am often up most of the night so it is a real inconvenience.  A couple of months ago they did the maintenance during the day and we were without services from 1:30 pm until 6:15 pm.  I lost services 2 nights ago for over 4 hours and now I receive a notice that it is going to be out again(first time I have ever been notified prior to disruption).  No credit is ever offered.   I used to have Frontier and this never happened.  Please tell me why this is a continual issue.
