Complaint

We wanted to transfer land line to wireless. We were told we had to purchase a new cellphone. We did. After a month of trying and Comcast failing to get it activated we decided to cancel and return the phone. Comcast says returns can only be accepted for two weeks. We want to return the phone and not be charged for it

Xfinity Mobile offers a 14-day return policy from the date of shipment or in-store purchase, allowing customers to return devices for a refund or exchange them. A $35 restocking fee applies to device returns/exchanges, and items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging. Accessories can be returned within 30 days.
