Good morning @user_oe6cwy Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your new device, especially after making multiple visits to your local Xfinity Store without finding a resolution. I can certainly understand how frustrating that must be. We want to make sure you get the help and support you need, and we're here to work with you toward a resolution.
When you have a moment, if you have not done so, please follow the steps outlined in this support article
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/what-to-do-when-new-phone-arrives
If afterward you need assistance, please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click "Direct Message"
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
