Concern Regarding Recent Price Increase on My Internet Plan

I'm writing to express my concern regarding my recent internet bill. I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer for over four years, and I’ve always appreciated your service.

However, I just noticed that my monthly bill increased from $76.41 to $108.41 without any prior notice or clear explanation. That’s quite a significant jump, and I would like to understand the reason behind this price increase.

As a long-time customer, I’m hoping there might be any promotions or loyalty discounts available to help lower my monthly bill. I’d really appreciate it if you could review my account and see if there are any current deals or better pricing options I could take advantage of.
