Connections

I cannot connect to my now WiFi.   This is terrible and happens often.  I put in my email and phone number and it tells me connection failure then says I have reached my limit to try to connect.   I now have two passes that I have paid for but still cannot connect.

I need to speak to a actual human.   I cannot get through to a operator and I'm told my phone number is not registered.  I'm sick of this.

The number given to me told me that I have to go to chat.   I WILL TELL THE WORLD NEVER USE XFINITY.   YOU ARE HORRIBLE.   I WANT MY NOW CONNECTED OR A REFUND

II'm sorry that you are feeling this way about this situation. We want to make sure you receive the assistance you need. To clarify, do you have the NOW Internet, or the NOW WiFi Pass?

While we have limited access to these accounts we can still help direct you to the right place. Before you contact the chat with the Xfinity Assistant, you will need to recover your account information. To do so you will need to go into xfinity.com and the steps to recover your information do include the email as a second option when having issues with the number directly.

It sounds like you are having trouble with the WiFi Pass and this may be due to the hotspots you are trying to connect to as well.

Please let me know if you are able to log in to your account.
