Constant Multiple Time A Day Outages Since August 2025
I am writing this in hopes that this is seen by someone who can actually help me and my community. Since last August, every single home within our area has been impacted by multiple times a day outages....happening intermittently throughout the day, even weekends. Despite multiple calls to Xfinity support and even liaising with a regional manager at a local Xfinity office, these issues have persisted despite everyone attempting to escalate. Every time we get the same communication which is, "We are working to address the problem". Before we start contacting government agencies like the FCC and Better Business Bureau, I'm hoping this forum will help get the right level of attention and put us on a path to resolving this. It's completely unacceptable that this has gone on for so long.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
