Can someone at Comcast please tell me the status of my current construction crew ticket? My last Tech Victor couldn't give me any further details. Please reach out.

Bump. Can someone at xfinity reach out? I don't want this to end up in limbo or have to file an fcc complaint.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
