Construction

My tap is set to the wrong address. I would like for someone in construction to come out or contact me so I can get get my internet connected. My district sales rep has tried contacting construction with no answer yet. My address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

No they installed new lines at the road but they tell me my tap is not active yet. But everyone around me is getting there internet to the house.
