To Whom It May Concern: On 4/5/2025, I reached out to your chat agent to help me review my bill and cut costs...I then spent several hours getting transferred from one agent to another without anything being resolved. One of the agents did offer me a promotion which I accepted and then was told the offer would come in my e-mail. They transferred me to another agent who was unable to then help me with my phone number.
"J#####, you will get same internet speed of 1300mbps + rental modem at no cost for next 24 months and same 185+ cable channels and landline services and your bill will be $220 after all taxes and fees. Great! sounds good? Awesome Thank you! Can I cancel the mobile line? And keep the same number? it's my pleasure and yes please I have applied the new plan, and you will receive confirmation for the same via email at ######@###.com within the next 4 hours. Sounds great? did you switch my phone number over to a land line? (###)####### Just to set up right expectation as we do have different mobile team and they will help you with it as I have limited access with you so shall I connect you with them? yes please...thank you"
I have just spent the past hour on chat again with two different agents and now I am on the phone with another...again, nothing is getting resolved. Could you please help me resolve this? Thank you.

I was told by the phone agent that she couldn't help me and that I should call back in the month of May.
