Contacting a live agent to get my line buried
I have chatted with and talked to live agents and even been issued a ticket number to get my cable line buried but no one showed up to do it when they said I had an appointment. I don’t know what else to do to get this done help!

Hello user_syj49t! I hope that you are having a great week so far. I'm sorry that the line has been left unburied. You found the best team to help out. Typically, when a line is ran that needs to be buried we are able to have that work completed within 14 days. However, there are times that there are delays due to weather or permits. But I will help make sure we get this line buried for us.
