Continued billing after cancellation — please review my accounts
Hello,
My name is Daniel. I originally signed up for a promotional offer that I understood would cost approximately $50 per month for home internet and mobile service combined.
Later, unexpected charges and balances exceeding $100 appeared on my accounts. I visited an Xfinity store, where representatives checked my account and told me the money would be refunded. Those payments were refunded a couple of times, so I believed these were temporary billing errors. Please review this payment and refund history.
I had automatic payments set up. Payments were supposed to be processed every month without me having to keep checking the system, and that is how it worked initially. Your records should show this. My card still works with other services without any problems. I do not understand what changed on your end or why payments stopped being processed correctly.
My home internet was suspended and had been unavailable for approximately two months. I called to cancel all services, made a payment to settle what I understood I owed, and returned the equipment. Now I am seeing additional charges of approximately $40 on one account and $30 on another.
I feel trapped in a system that was easy to join but now seems impossible to leave. Every time I try to close everything, another bill appears saying I owe more money. I simply want to stop using Xfinity, but this situation keeps continuing. I am exhausted and frustrated.
Please review what happened, explain and correct these charges, confirm receipt of my returned equipment, and make sure my home internet and all Xfinity Mobile lines are closed so that recurring billing stops.
My English is limited, so please respond in writing.
Thank you,
Danyyl
