Convert tv/internet bundle to internet-only plan

I would like to discontinue all Xfinity TV/video services while retaining my existing Xfinity Internet service.

I am not looking to cancel my Xfinity account or disconnect Internet service. I want to convert my current TV/Internet bundle to an Internet-only plan.

user_pp6chd,  Thanks for reaching out. We can definitely focus on your request to remove the Xfinity TV/video portion of your services while keeping your Xfinity Internet active. I know it’s important that there’s no confusion about disconnecting the Internet service. We’d be happy to review the account with you and check the available Internet-only options so we can determine the best fit for your needs. What Internet speed are you looking to keep?

We currently have Xfinity 500Mbps. I would shift down to the lower 300 Mbps tier.

That's great information that will assist us in helping you @user_pp6chd!  We'd be happy to do so, or if you'd like you can use the Xfinity Plan Builder to update your account services.  Simply sign in with your Primary or Manager Xfinity ID to be able to review the services available and remove the ones you do not wish to keep.

If you would like our assistance with making the desired changes, when it is convenient, please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and complete service address so that we may locate your account.

(Thank you @notgoodatusernames for shining a spotlight on this post so we would be better able to assist our customer.)
