Corporate needs to be contacted!

Xfinity customer service has took a complete wrong turn. Xfinity does not care as a company to help its customers out. There is no way to get to anyone that matters. They block us of any means of getting ahold of anyone. Now that they have their AI service in place we as customers have been clean slated of customer support. I have had limited internet connection for a month now and 6 scheduled appointments that have been all no-shows except 1 and the technician said that Xfinity AI system is complete garbage and they’re not getting the service tickets. I have spoke to everyone possible and even went into the store and no one can give an answer as to why all my appointments have been cancelled. I have been a customer for 10+ years and this is it for me I’m done. They will tell you that they want to help and get you connected to someone random person that barely understands English and they cannot even explain why no one shows up. Anyone interested in Xfinity stay away! They do not care.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@XfinityVictor my question to you is who is gonna be responding? Just another over seas customer service person that will get me no where? Or am I going to get someone that matters that can look into this matter? I have 6+ hours on the phone and in chats with you guys.

@EG Thank you!

@user_6y2tdi We'll gladly assist with getting your appointment scheduled, and stay with you until it your appointment date. After, we'll follow up to see how things went. We'll need your name and address in a Direct Message to help. Please review how to send us a Direct Message here, https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/how-to-direct-messaging-within-the-forum/697ba1e570934d009185c514.

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press Enter to send it.

@user_6y2tdi

Just an FYI....we're all real people here, and in the US.  And here, in the Forums, you wouldn't be on the phone with anyone anyway, but we're real!  Or, at least I was this morning when I woke up.  😉
