Ai is the worst in the world I can’t even leave a review because every time I put a tag of an issue it erases the comment and restarts it. Questioning all of my choices dealing with xfinity. Tired of typing this review out for the fourth time. Xfinity, do better if you want to keep customers. Not a single person likes an ai that doesn’t listen can only understand yes and no and won’t let you speak to a human. Nobody wants to wait a minimum of 10+ minutes for the ai to choose to let you speak to a human
