Created New account. Processing Order but never recieved Email confirmation

I have been trying for hours to create an xfinity account. Everytime I use my phone number to create an account it sends me a verification code that I type in. When I type it in tells me, "There are no matchign records". I was finally purchase a monthyl membership and it said that I will recieve an email confirmation when the order is complete but I still have not recieved an email confirmation after 5 hours. I even have an Order Number but I cant find anywhere to submit an order number. Not a great start with Xfinitity that is for sure.

To better assist, may I confirm if you signed up for a monthly WiFi pass subscription or a traditional residential service plan?
