Credit applied to closed account instead of refund

So my account was closed an refund was granted because they charged me for equipment fees when box was returned anyways they applied my refund as a credit the account is closed been closed said it's can take 14-30 days before I receive it then the man who helped me over phone said the refund would go back to the original form of payment this is ridiculous my payment was taken when it shouldn't have been an now I have to wait til u guys feel like giving it back this 150$ that was taken really out me in the hole like really please help me make this right I just want my money back
