Credit needed

2 weeks ago was expecting a credit on my card because I changed my plan and got prorated. I have not received that credit

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_v22tqh! At the top of your monthly bill, there is a date below “Billing Date”, this date is when your monthly bill generates. If the changes were made after the bill already generated, the changes including the prorated credit will not appear until the next billing cycle generates. For example, if your bill generates on the 1st of each month and the changes made on your account occurred on the 2nd or a later day in the month, the changes will not appear until the next bill generates on the 1st of the following month.

 

While these changes will not appear until the next bill, your bill will be prorated for the new changes. These will appear as partial month charges and credits from the date the change occurred to the last date of the cycle. The partial month charges and credits should be on pages 3 and/or 4 of the next bill.
