Customer Care

How do I reach out to customer care or corporate office of xfinity. They are fooling me for more than a year, I never realized. When I went to xfinity store, they are say the employee who made a mistake is left. Talk to customer care but they are unable to fetch my details. I want to sort this matter. Amount is large enough for me.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Shared the information. Hoping to get this resolved now.. Already followed up for 2-3 months. Very much frustrated. Thanks.
