Customer for 27 YEARS, 19 calls in 3 weeks, Numerous hang-ups, No call backs, No resolution.
I began my adventure January 2026. My husband has been a customer for 27 years!!! I called to sign up for the $50/5 yrs internet pkg, added NOW tv $30 pkg.
After many, many, many calls, hours and hours on the phone I still do NOT have the NOW tv channels.
I am at the end of my rope.
I am reaching out as a last resort to contact anyone/everyone who will listen.
I need help getting my service/channels.
