I wish that I could post on here the screenshot of how long I was on the phone with xfinity just to get nowhere over 2 hours after I spent 4 days back-and-forth on the phone with them last month, I switched over because they gave me this elaborate promotion, that was not true. I got charged 4 times in one month. I got transferred to multiple representatives just to get nowhere. It caused me nothing but a waste of time. Money and stress. Because time is money. I was at work and I spent days on the phone with this company. Trying to get it corrected and nothing was resolved. I transferred phone services as if I was saving money. I canceled my cable and the bill is still high just for internet service in landline. Still no credible reason for the multiple charges when I just transferred over to this company, worse decision! Transferring gave me a migraine and stress! Worse decision EVER!!! I will post a review everywhere necessary because I've never been as dissatisfied to where I have a headache talking to a service provider in my whole life!!!
