Customer service is awful

I’ve been trying for THREE hours to make a payment. Why would you make it this difficult to make a payment. Do you not want the money? Your security procedures make it impossible to make a payment and I STILL got a call from a scammer that hacked into my account. How can a spammer reach my account yet I can’t make a payment?! This is a [Edited: "Language"] joke
