Customer SERVICE IS GOD AWFUL
I get that it's cheaper to send the calls over seas But this is unreal! you can't get anything solved bc there is a huge language barrier they give [Edit: Language] excuses blame their lack of their autopay system on you!!!! My bill is normally $35 its $140 this month double fees for"late" payment and kicked back bc they took it out of an account that's been closed for 2 months my auto pay had been updated for 2 months!! I even have in a message they were going to reverse the $70 payment instead these people doubled the dang charge . It's not worth the hassle do not waste your money, time and aggravation coming to this company. I've wasted 3 different days and several several hours trying to get this fixed [Edit: All Caps]
