Customer service lies

Trying to lower my outrageous bill I talked to customer service and she lowered by $40 and said I would  have the same features and would  not lose anything.  Come to find out that's  not true I did lose HBO and had to reorder  it. Another rep said it's all my fault because I missed the fine print on the contract we I signed it.  Don't  take customer  services word for it. They lie!!!!!
