Customer service support

I would just like it to be known that not one single time have I ever called Xfinity customer service and they have solved a problem. I've never been able to do something as simple as can be a transfer pin for a phone number that I've had for years over 12 years. I've had the same phone number with Verizon. I transferred to Xfinity I only did. They already messed up my entire phone service where my mother passed away and I tried to have one phone number switched to my account with that phone they told me that the phone I have been using for over two years with their service was not compatible with their service and I had to buy a new phone now they cannot give me the transfer pin in order for me to get my number from them to another company, they were holding my phone number hostage. I found a despicable that they treat their customers so badly and I've not done anything to rectify this problem even though I have called several times for the same reason it's disrespectful. It's negligent and it makes me never want to do anything with their service again. The bad thing is is the actual service itself of the phone or the Internet that I have with them is actually quite good. It's their customer relations, but I completely suck.

Good day user_mioj3z and thanks for coming to our community to share the trouble you're having with the number connected to your Xfinity Mobile account. I know how important it is to keep a number you've had for a long time, and the last thing we want is to restrict that number from you in any way. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, we'd be happy to look into this for you further.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
