Hello @user_kzuqpw Can you elaborate on what you are trying to redeem? Is this for our membership benefits? If so what type of account and services do you have with us?

I am trying to access the benefits page with should be available to all customers as it says on the official page however my account is getting this error. I have Internet only.

Do you have regular postpaid internet service? NOW internet and Bulk internet accounts will get that error as they are not eligible for membership benefits. If you have one of our standard plans and get that error that is something we can escalate.

I have standard Internet 1.2gb plan so I shouldn't be getting this error.
