Cut cable

The cable feeding my neighborhood has been cut. Xfinity is aware of the outage. But I’m not sure whether they know the exact location of the cut cable. I see a pedestal that has the cover removed and the cables cut. It appears to be an act of intentional vandalism. But I cannot get through to Xfinity to report this exact location. How do I do that?

Good morning, @user_tf5yp9 I apologize for the interruption in service. If our field ops team has confirmed the service interruption, there is a very high likelihood that teams are aware of the cause.

The XFINITY Status Center is the best place for updates. You can also request a credit for the downtime in the service center once services are restored.

You can access the status center here:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/status

If you are experiencing service issues after the service interruption is cleared, we can assist with scheduling a technician visit yo your home
