Cut irrigation cable when xfinity was installed

My

irrigation power cable was cut when we had xfinity installed back in Sept of 2022. 
we did not turn the irrigation on until now as the house was in probate (my mother passed away) and we were obligated to leave everything as is. 
we did get permission to have xfinity installed but now I’m left with a broken irrigation system. 
Who can help me this ?

I would be more than happy to look into the damaged irrigation line for you. We can file a damage claim ticket for review. We would just need some additional information to get that process started for you. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
