Damage claim

I have filed two damage complaints neither which have been completed. I have called multiple times and every agent tells me that somebody will contact me in 24 to 48 hours and promises me that I will get a call or an email and I never hear anything back I have called approximately seven times and spent over three hours on the phone. I still have a hole in my driveway after Xfinity installed services across my property.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to spend so much time on the phone and not get a resolution, especially when there's a hole in your driveway.
