damage to my yard

Xfinity recently came to bury a wire in my yard and cut our dog fence two times. When I asked the man to please put the wires back together that he cut he just shrugged and did not do it. I had to have the fence company come out and fix it. The cost was $225 how do i get this reimbursed since it was Xfinitys fault?
