Damage to roof
I have been waiting since April to have a low hanging main line taken off of my roof. It has damaged trim and shingles. I was told someone involving insurance would contact me in June. I’ve never heard from anyone. A subcontractor took the line down today. I would like to get the damaged fixed. How can I contact someone regarding this issue. I’ve called 12 times since the initial issue of the line on the roof appeared. Consistently told it’s the wrong department.
