Damage to yard
Your technicians didn't fill the trench back up after burying my neighbors wire and the bottom 8th of my yard is now washing away. This will eventually expose my mains power and the cable that your technicians have had to come out and bury twice.
This isn't some little oh I have a slit in my yard. This is going to cost me a huge amount of money if it isn't rectified quickly.
I've contacted you twice and was told I would be contacted. The first time I didn't get a ticket so of course I wasn't contacted and today my ticket was closed without anyone coming to look at the damage or ask me for pictures of the damage.
This is a serious issue and I hope that you can understand that. I didn't ask for this. You came on my property unannounced and did the work for my neighbor. Then you leave the trench open for my yard to get washed away. This is crazy.
