damaged cable distribution box

there is a damaged cable distribution unit in Carmel Cove Community, Swanton MD at the intersection of Carmel COve Dr and Carmel Cove Lane. The protective shielding case is laying on the ground, and the remainder of the unit is bent over sideways. I tried to report it via call, and a ticket was generated, then it was closed, but no action on fixing the unit was completed. (at this point, internet service was still working, so is that why the ticket was closed, although this seems like a future problem soon coming?)
