Damaged Pole

user_i062no Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for posting on our Community Forums. I agree that this is just waiting for disaster to strike, and appreciate you notifying us. While the utility pole would not belong to Xfinity, they are typically owned by the local utility company or by the town/local government. We can still try creating a ticket to notify our maintenance teams, as they would need to coordinate with utilities to have the lines temporarily removed and then reconnected with the new pole, but I would recommend contacting the power company or local government to see what needs to be done to have the pole replaced.
