Damaged to property

Hello I had contractors. Xfinity hired to come bore the 

Underground cable.The problem is they bored in my neighbor's property And now she's upset with the damage that has been left or work in progress . She has now message me asking me If more damage will be done to her property as no one consulted with her about this. She has taken some pictures and sent these to me. She care about her grass and is upset about the digging/damage.
