Damages on my yard left by technicians

Hi,

I’m fed up with what you guys doing with my yard! A comcast/ xfinity technician showed up one day and told me they have to dig up my front yard to route internet cable to my neighbor…It’s been more than 3 months and it’s still not done. I been very patient coordinating with you guys, but rather than getting it done you guys are making it worse. The proposed route got changed back and forth. And now the last update I have with the supervisor is that they damaged a line while digging the hole. He told me it will be done in a week once they come back with a special tooling, and that’s 3 weeks ago…

My front yard is a complete mess now. Whether continue on the project or not, you guys need to come back and repair my grass! It’s very irresponsible and unprofessional to just leave the hole like that.

@user_5hdjp9 Thank you for making us aware of the hole that was left in your front yard via Forums. I would be more than happy to review this work order to see when it's expected to be fixed. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

After another 2 months, they finally sent a lead technician out to resolve the issues.  This whole experience was a nightmare….

I told 3 different representatives the preferred time frame to call and got ignored. When I do called back, they try to push the sales of other services instead of solving the issues. Not to mention the technician who promised to help stop replying to my call and text. Why do I have to spend so much time and effort to get you guys come out to fix YOUR mistakes? I get that there’re always some incompetent employees in any company, but you guys have really opened my eyes.
