Day 3 of outage

Its day 3 of an outage here in Monmouth IL.  I've been told its getting fixed ASAP but here we are 3 days later.  Are they actually doing anything or just saying they are?

We suggest going to our Xfinity Status Center to see if there are any service interruptions in the area. This is also where an Estimated Time of Restoration will be posted (if available). Do you have any activity on the modem lights? Are they flashing or blinking?
