Hi there, @user_5j23o7. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. You can certainly pay your past debt directly to us. This will flow over to the assigned collection agency and remove it from collections and show the debt as satisfied. While we do not take payments via social media, you can make a payment via the options located here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat
