Deceitful and theft
I asked for an order to be canceled before it was shipped out. I took a picture of the chat. And when I got to the store to upgrade my phone. The agents said that the phone has shipped. I said how when I asked the agent through chat to cancel the order way before it was shipped out. I talked to 4 different agents on Xfinity chat and 2 out of the 4 told me it was canceled. After waiting an additional 30 min, the system never updated. The agents in the store said it didn’t show on their end, I even showed the in store agents what the chat agents were saying. After an hour after I also called customer support, I’m told there’s nothing they can do. After I told the very first agent to cancel the order. Mind you, we never disconnected the chat so as soon as he said it was getting shipped I asked for it to be cancelled because I previously stated I wanted to pick the phone up at the store. So that agent basically said [Edited: "Profanity"] what you want and proceeded to have the phone shipped after I asked for it to be cancelled. I’m highly disappointed with this service and the company because you basically hire thieves.
