Defective router

My modem has a continuous loud beeping sound that is very annoying. I have called several times to get this replaced. However, it always ends up that the chat person is trying to sell me another plan. All I want is the new router. How can I get this? I’ve been without my TV for a week.

user_s4n5w4 I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your equipment and haven't been able to get the needed assistance. Is it your modem or TV box that is having trouble? I ask since you've mentioned the modem, but that you also haven't been able to watch TV for a week. Our team is available to have the replacement equipment shipped to you, or you can also bring the equipment to a local Xfinity Store to swap in person as well. Visiting a store would be a quicker option to replace the equipment, but please let us know if you'd prefer to have it shipped.
