Deming NM 88030 out of service.

Our whole town experienced an extended outage from about 12pm Oct 14 - 12pm Oct 15. Ever since then, my internet is going out literally 1-2x an hour. When I do talk to a human, it's very frustrating because they won't take an outage report while it's working - or while it is dropped. Seems they can't communicate with my modem. argh

We understand sometimes service can be intermittent and we may not see it when you are reporting it or while you are under an interruption the system will provide you with estimated resolution times or direct you to self-service. 
 
We can check the area and signal level history as well to better help with this issue. May I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and service address?

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
