Difficulty Canceling Xfinity Internet, HELP!!!
On 6/21/2025 I called to cancel Xfinity internet and the phone rep assured me it would be canceled, that I would receive a partial refund and gave me a confirmation # (100237293061203). I also received an email that Xfinity was “on it” and that my cancelation request was being processed. Now I got a bill for the next month, this is ridiculous and from what I am reading on this forum not atypical. Need this to be over and done with!!
