digging in area

I am wondering why Comcast would be digging in four consecutive yards, including my yard, when no one in this immediate area uses xfinity/comcast. I understand they have a right-of-way on an easement but why lay/repair/replace lines between these existing cable boxes when no one subscribes to this cable. I'm concerned about the poor repair job that may be done to our lawns especially during this period of restricted watering. It's certainly a waste of resources on your part.

The location is Big Island Trl, Ponte Vedra, 32081
