Why is it so difficult to find where to send a message? This is not a user friendly site.
I want to leave feedback on your current advertising campaign. TERRIBLE ads. I change channel when those Western ads show up and mute when that other guy is holding some type of meeting is on. FIRE your marketing folks and your ad agency.
Or better…If you want to get more users (because you lose some every time you raise costs), don’t spend millions of dollars on ads, just don’t raise the rates? AND, especially for seniors, dropping the discounts raises the costs! Our bill went up $40 a month because you dropped or lowered some discounts we depended on. We have dropped all premium channels over the years because of this. And you lowered the discount for bundling, which we also do.
Why not TOPIC of Feedback? Only Getting Started and Guidelines?

The concern is not "Community Center / Guidelines" related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
