Disabled woman

How can I speak to a live agent?? I have a disabled woman who I help take care of that has been out of service since this morning. I have called multiple times, I’ve been on your website, I have been on your chat, I have tried every possible option and I am getting nowhere and she still does not have service!!!!

Hello, @Orovecz_45 you can speak with a live agent when calling 1-800-Xfinity and when using the Xfinity Assistant. (https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant) You just need to follow the correct prompts or line of questioning.

We do want to be here to help in as many ways as possible. We can help you here on Xfinity forums as well. Have you checked the Xfinity app to get a status update of service in the home?

@XfinityJosephA no, you can’t! I have followed ALL prompts. Both online and on the phone. The automated system wants to just do a box check. She has an older box and it will not show up. I’ve tried numerous times. I can not reach anyone!!! It is beyond frustrating!

We understand that getting through the automated prompts can be frustrating, but we do have a special number for our accessibility or older customers specifically that can be used.

Xfinity Accessibility Team

Phone — 1-855-270-0379
Just say “accessibility” or the issue (e.g., “large-button remote,” “Audio description”).

For more direct information on service interruptions, we do recommend using our Xfinity Status Center and signing in with the Xfinity ID/password.
