Disappointed
Let me just say Xfinity is very much rude ! & DO NOT HONOR ANYTHING THAT THEY TELL YOU! I asked for a payment arrangement through Xfinity chat and I got that payment arrangement, I have screenshots and email to prove, they said my service would not be interrupted! I got home from work my service is interrupted, I called and got transferred to multiple rude workers! I asked for the supervisor he was the rudest one, I paid half of my payment arrangement, I texted again and asked could I pay the remaining on a certain day they acknowledge it and said I could, so when I seen that my cable was off they so called say they didn’t see an payment arrangement but remind u I have the texts and email, then I go to call corporate I left an okay message for them because I thought they understood and turned my service back on, LIE ! I get home again and my service still off !!! Sad & disappointed!! Been an Xfinity customer for a while and they do not honor what they tell you !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO XFINITY !!!! Their customer service is HORIBLE ! Their Xfinity chat and over the phone tell two different stories and they are not on one accord ! If it was up to me! ALL OF YALL WOULD BE FIRED ! New Xfinity workers.
