Disappointing experience with Xfinity Mobile
Switching from my previous provider to Xfinity has been a deeply disappointing experience. Their service has been nothing short of a disaster. Xfinity promotes its packages using misleading information just to make sales, but the actual services do not match what’s advertised. This approach is both unprofessional and unethical. Even worse, when you try to raise concerns, no one at Xfinity seems to listen or take responsibility.
