Disconnected

Hi 

I recently lost my job and was unable to pay my xfinity bill. I am now back employed but I was disconnected due to non payment.  I would like to drop then to just basic service and set up an arrangement to pay my past due back. I was hoping someone could help me accomplish this. When I communicated with the assistant all it says is you must pay your past due. The amount is pretty high and would be difficult to pay at once. Im just looking for help so I can continue to be a customer.

If the account is suspended, we would need to see if a payment arrangement can be processed or the full delinquent balance would need to be paid. We are unable to make changes to the account until it is active from a suspension.
