discontinue second cell phone number
I currently have two cell phone lines and numbers set up with you. I now need only one. I wish to discontinue the earler numb and keep the [Edited: "Personal Information"] account. What do I need to do?

Hello there, I understand not having the need of multiple lines and longer. We have two options to have this line removed at this time. We can file a ticket for you and that line should be closed in up to 72 hours via ticket. Or you can call the mobile care and have the number removed immediately. Which option would you like to proceed with @user_67qam5?
