To complete the setup after canceling your Disney+ subscription, ensure you follow these steps:

  1. Wait for your access to Disney+ to end, which may take 2 to 30 days.
  2. Once access has ended, sign up for a Disney Bundle through the Disney+ app on your X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex using the same email address as your previous subscription.

@user_e9ijlw  If you continue to receive messages, check your account status on the Disney+ website.  Click the link below for more info.

I have a Disney+/Hulu subscription.  Hulu works just fine, but every time I try to go the Disney+ it shows the different Disney+ bundles I can subscribe to.  I can access Disney+ on the internet via the Xfinity site, but my TV won't connect to it.

Note: The Xfinity app and site both show my Disney+ subscription as being active.

user_e1bbss thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. Let's assist you with getting your Disney+ feature working as intended. Firstly, have you attempted to sign out and back into Disney to see if this resolves the issue?

How does one sign out and sign in on the TV?

When you first open the Disney+ app and selecting your profile, you'll want to navigate to the settings tab from there. One of the options should be for you to sign out.

Signed out and back in, and was presented the option to renew my subscription.  When I clicked on that, it took me back to the page with the subscription bundles.
